Easy Chicken Recipe - Chicken Cutlet


INGREDIENTS:-
½ kg Minced chicken ( chicken keema)
2 tbsp paste of onion
1 tbsp Mustard sauce
4 slices of bread
½ tbsp chilli garlic sauce (or ½ tbsp red chilli powder)
½ tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp black paper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 cups of bread crumbs/biscuit crumbs
4 eggs (beaten)
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Method:-
• Remove the sides of the bread slices. Dip in water and squeeze excess water.
• Mix the chicken mince with turmeric powder and salt.
• Boil using little water.Let the water dry up completely.
• Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion paste,ginger-garlic paste,garam masala powder,black paper powder,green chillies and coriander leaves. Fry for 1min.
• Add the minced chicken. Add all kind of sauces and mix well.
• Allow the mixture to cool thoroughly.
• Now mix the bread slice and minced chicken thoroughly.
• First make balls with this mixture. Then flatten to the shape you desire.
• Deep in beaten eggs & roll over the breadcrumbs.
• Deep fry in oil.
• Serve the cutlets with sauce n salad.
