INGREDIENTS:-
For the chicken:
10 small chicken pieces (boneless)
2 eggs
½ cup onion paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp green chilli paste
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce:-
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soya sauce
1tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp butter
Salt to taste
Method:-
Prepare the sauce:
· Add all the ingredients in a bowl except the butter. Mix well.
· Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
· Pour the mixture. Stir for 2-3 min.
· Allow the mixture to cool. Keep aside.
Prepare the chicken:
· In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs with cornflour,baking powder & ½ tsp oil.
· Now add the onion paste,ginger paste,garlic paste,green chilli paste,lemon juice n garam masala to the mixture.
· Mix all the ingredients to form a fine batter.
· Pour this mixture over the chicken pieces. Ensure that the pieces are well coated.
· Heat oil in deep bottomed pan.
· Deep fry the chicken pieces over medium heat. Fry until golden brown.
· Drain on paper towels.
· Serve these fried chicken with the sauce you prepared earlier.
